GINGER Noida City Center

Sooraj Chaudhary at Reception is a warm , welcoming and polite person who made sure that our stay was comfortable. We extended our stay for few days and the extension process was really smooth. Sooraj offered us best rooms. He was available to assist us over call , even when he was on leave. All the other reception staff are also polite, helpful and professional. Thank you everyone. The staff and services are really exceptional. I would specially like to thank Aman Joshi and Manoj Joshi. I was suffering from high fever and both Aman and Manoj took care of my health by proactively preparing Ginger water during breakfast and dinner. It really helped me recover quickly. I couldn't thank them enough. Housekeeping services are also very prompt. The breakfast and dinner options are very delicious. Our stay is really memorable and now we trust 'Ginger' hotels. My stay at Ginger, Noida City Center, was a wonderful experience. This was my second time staying here, and this time I was with my family. From the reception to housekeeping and the kitchen, every staff member was exceptionally supportive. Noticing we had a 13-year-old with us, the front office team kindly checked for a larger room and arranged one with an extra cot. I truly appreciate their thoughtful gesture.

Staff was really helpful. Suraj at reception was cheerful, prompt and professional and at dining time Anup was actively helpful and efficient. Good overall stay. Breakfast and dinner served was tasty.
